- Fly acts only as a facilitator between buyers, sellers, and renters. We are not responsible for the quality, performance, or condition of listed products.
- Users must inspect the product or equipment physically before confirming payment or rental usage.
- Fly will not be responsible for damages, mechanical failures, or performance issues associated with rented or purchased equipment.
- Users must return rented equipment in the same condition as received. Any damage or misuse charges will be directly handled between the owner and renter.
- Users agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with local agricultural and equipment safety regulations.
- Fly reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- By registering in the Fly application, users agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Orders once placed on the platform cannot be canceled after confirmation. Refunds are not applicable for complete transactions between buyers, sellers, and renters, unless:
- The seller fails to provide the product or rental equipment as committed.
- A major issue or dispute is reported and verified by Fly Support Team.
Any refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed in accordance with payment gateway rules.
